Cliff Parkinson: Mr. Parkinson is Associate General Counsel at Utah State University. Prior to working at USU, he spent 6 years working in private practice serving clients in matters related to natural resources and intellectual property. Before that he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Dee V. Benson of the United States District Court for the District of Utah and to the Honorable Monroe G. McKay of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark Law School.
